I hate taking about myself. I 'am very easy going, curious about all, love party's, wine, music and movies like everybody, but most at all, travel and filming all the time and all around the world "without reservation".

"With over 25 years of TV, film and media experience as a TV director, documentary filmmaker and video artist, Jorge Said’s extensive body of work include numerous documentaries, TV programs and more than 200 pieces throughout his career in European, North and Latin American television. Born and raised in Chile, Jorge Said studied Journalism and became an active member of the video art scene as artist, curator and jury member. He live now entry United States, Chile and France.

I live everyday motivated by my passion: to film different cultures, religions, societies and civilizations, to meet new people everyday and share my journey with them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel around the world using CS and filming my experience. I am preparing a documentary describing my journey and sharing with the world this wonderful network of generosity and eye-opening experiences that is CS. I also always share my couch at home when I'm not away!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's amazing experience. For three years now I hosted and I surf in Unites States, Europe, Est Europe, North Africa, Middle Est and Latin America. 99% of the people really friendly and smart travelers. CS really change my traveling way around the world. Today with some exceptions, I never thinks about hotels or hostals. great, great experience.

Fanny and Alexander, all Kubrick, The Godfather, Apocalypsis Now, French and independent films, political and social documentaries. I do not like silly action movies with car chases and too much explosions.

Most political and historical books, I love to read about 19th century explorers. I read a lot of newspapers: Le Monde, Liberation, NYTimes, LATimes, Haaretz, Le Courrier International, Foreign Policy, La Tercera (Chile)
