Overview
About Me
I was born in Madrid, grew up in Latin America, studied in Europe, and then had a long and inspiring adventure in Western China. Now I’m starting a new phase of my life back in Europe and discovering than the cultural shock of being back home is greater than the one of going away.
I'm very, very curious, I enjoy deepening on the subjects and in the cultures that surround me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In all of the places to where I’ve travelled I’ve found hospitality: a place to sleep and some hot water (regardless of being a couchsurfer, or a home in a village without even internet). I just don’t want to accept that in Western consumerist society we keep on forgetting something so human and basic as hospitality.
Interests
Photography. Specially documentary photography, I’ve been working for a few years as a documentary photographer. I’m also interested in experimental and alternative photography techniques: box cameras, cyanotype…
Cinema: documentary, classical, expermiental...
I like to talk about politics, history, civil and human rights and gender.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Diving with a shark was awesome, but seeing a big fin in the water (luckily I've never new if it was a shark of a dolphin) while I was swimming; that was really amazing!
Getting lost in a mountain in Norway during a storm.
Getting lost in a zoco in Morocco (lot more tricky than any mountain...)
A tsunami alert and a hole town in panic. And the absolute joy and extasis of that night when we knew that we were safe.
