About Me
I'm Jorge Cortés from Bogotá Colombia. I studied business administration and portuguese language, and I'm about to start a master in International Business in Hochschule Heilbronn, Germany. Passionate about music, films, languages, travel and, most of all, meeting new people and sharing experiences. Also a part time musician.

Music, Movies, and Books
Love all kinds of music! From progressive rock to caribbean music, passing by through electronic, folk, country... If it is music, I'm interested in listening. Also played some jazz back in the day in Bogotá.
Too loud a solitude by Bohumil Hrabal is a very very special book for me.
Most of Woody Allen's movies are strong enough for me to watch them 5 or 6 times!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked for three years in the Ministry of Culture of Colombia in a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation founded project, as the finnancial coordinatior. We reached almost 1300 public libraries with a technology appropriation scheme to enable libraries to offer better services to the community.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have experience teaching different things such as guitar, finnances, or even spanish language. But I like better being a student. I think every single person has something to teach to the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I consider myself a very open person, eager to know more places and persons. I'd like to share my own changing view of the world.
