Hey all, I'm Jori! I'm a college student majoring in Art History, English, and Classics and I love traveling. I'm often cooking, out meeting people, or reading and writing. Frequently thinking up poems and planning my next trip... usually over a beverage.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interning in Rome from late August to mid December in Rome and looking forward to seeing Italy and beyond. I'm solo-traveling in the month of August and am starting out in Berlin and still planning the rest. I 'm here to hopefully meet some interesting people and stay in some lovely places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all types of music, with preference towards forms of rock, pop, and jazz. I barely watch movies and am always open to recommendations. Books- favorite is probably Handmaid's Tale with runner ups Gone Girl and Brave New World.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a summer living in a tent in Pompeii where I dug up ancient Roman artifacts!

I have been practicing yoga for about three years and I'm pretty decent at instructing asanas and different flows. I wanna learn any language or cooking!
