About Me
Hi I'm Joris! Currently just came back from my exchange in Morocco. I am openminded and in for new experiences. Challenge me to get out of my comfortzone: thats where the magic happens!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to meet new people and to know their view on life. And I like the fact that Couchsurfing is a website with hundreds of thousands of potential friends you can stay at without knowing them in the first place.
Interests
I like to sing, party (love a good dancing party), good conversations( I used to do philosophy in Grammar school and it is a big part of my life) playing guitar and above all to get out of my comfort zone.

Music, Movies, and Books
Nicolas Jaar, Dapayk and Padberg, Noze, Earth wind and fire but also Miles Davis, Kiteman, Bobby Hebb and Bob marley. As long as there is soul in the music I'm cool.
Into the wild, Goodfellas (so bad that it is good), shutter island, burn after reading
Books: The silk roads by Peter Frankopan
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went hitchhiking throughout Europe last summer. I had never been in the east part of Europe and it turned out to be amazing. I highly promote travelling alone because you really get the feeling of freedom, which can be very hard and rewarding at the same time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people the basics of guitar playing, how to ride a bike and I am quite experienced in Thai-cooking
What I Can Share with Hosts
I think that I can share lot's of good times with my hosts and I'm a good cook and I don't mind cooking ;).
