This year I want to complete the Round The World trip I am doing. It has been a dream for years, and now I am making it happen!.

ABOUT ME

All about me?

That is hard to answer in a text box like this. I am a Spanish guy who loves learning and discover new things. I am passionated on the things that I do. This was true when I was studying, when I had been working and now that I am travelling. I try to get the most of what I am doing.

I like sports, specially outdoor and racked sports (tennis, table tennis, paddle (sport practiced in Argentina, Spain...), squash. I had been all my life a technical person, and from some years to now I am learning from many other fields.

I like talking to people, specially if the conversation is interesting, enjoying a good meal, going out like crazy ;-)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to get the best from every situation. I am a positive person and I will always try to learn something new. Even if the situation is not good, it is not hard for me to accept it how it is in that moment and start working to change it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new in CS Project. Even if I know CS from one year ago, this is the first time that I am actually building my profile to become and active member.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As I said I am new in CS. The only experience I got it is how I got to know CS. It was in a train from a little village in Switzerland (Gstaad) to Bern. I met a girl (Ayala Byron) and she explained my what was all this about.
I thought it was a good idea and here I am.

Interessen

Among all the interests that I can have, during these last months the one I am more focus on is photography. I am reading in order go on learning and the trip is giving me a lot of opportunities to enjoy taking pictures.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like reading historic novel books. They allow you to discover part of the history that you did not know, and sometimes they allow you to better understand the countries you are travelling. And because, if they are good, they are easy and interesting to read.

A couple of books that I have really liked are: "Wild Swans" by Jung Chang which is about China and "Inés del Alma mía" by Isabel Allende which is about the conquest of Chile.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The World trip I am doing now is pretty amazing. The list of countries is long: Brasil-Colombia-Argentina-Chile-Tahiti-NewZealand-Australia-Singapur-Indonesia-Japan-Taiwan-China-Thailand-Laos-Vietnam-India-Nepal-Buthan-Transiberian train, and home!!

Probably the most impressive part of the trip until now was the "fabelas" in Rio de Janeiro. Rio it is an incredible city because it combines both the natural beauty with being a very active, populated and sometimes dangerous city. It's fascinating.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I could teach of learn about photography. It depends on who I met. If the person is a beginner I could very well teach him/her. If the person is an expert, I would be extremly happy to learn from him.

I could teach somebody to cook some Spanish dishes, or help to cook foreing food.

There are as well other things I could teach but they are "hard" to fit it in a CS experience.
