Overview
About Me
I’m a laid-back guy based in Melbourne who enjoys meeting people from all over the world and hearing their stories. I’ve spent most of my life working in the construction and railway industry, and I currently work full-time, so I’m out of the house most of the day during the week. Because of that, my place suits independent travellers who are happy doing their own thing.
I’m a proud dad to two boys, and I have them with me most weekends so that the house can be a bit more family-oriented during that time. They’re a big part of my world. Life’s taught me a lot about resilience, perspective, and what really matters, and I try to bring that into how I host people—respectfully, easily, and genuinely.
If you stay with me, expect a relaxed environment. I’m not a party house, but I’m always up for a good chat when I’m around, sharing a meal, or pointing you in the right direction to explore Melbourne like a local. Whether you’re just passing through or staying a few days, I want you to feel comfortable and at home.
I appreciate guests who are respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. In return, I’ll make sure you have a safe place to stay and a good experience while you’re here.
