I’m an Electrical Engineer that just finished Uni, worked for a while and then decided to go to Australia with my couple. We spend one year working and travelling there with a Work and Holiday Visa and then we started travelling through South East Asia.

It was my second time in SEA as I went there 5 years ago, but this time I decided to stay longer and travel slowly. I spend 6 month traveling through Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Also I did couchsurfing in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Now me and my couple just started travelling through India and plan to stay for 6 month and after we want to go to Nepal to do some trekkings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m in Couchsurfing because I love to share with the local people. I think it’s the best way to know a country. I think Couchsurfing gives a good opportunity to meet people that you would never do if it wasn’t through the app. Also you can go to some incredible places that only local now and get to know real life in a place.
Same as I like to hitchhike to share with local people, I think couchsurfing gets you even closer to them.
