I think it’s a brilliant idea, not only will you save some money in accommodation but also stay at a nice place with someone who enjoys your company and viceversa. Great way to experience a holiday, good opportunity to meet like minded people and learn more about different cultures and make new friends.
I’ve traveled so much and I’ve stayed in so many different hotels all over the world so I’m well aware of different cultures and international standards of good manners. Also being a host for a year now on Airbnb I’ve noticed what travelers might need from me as a host, and I’ve received very good feedback so far.
