I believe life can be beautiful...still learning to try to get the most out of it.

Ever since university times back in Spain, I always felt interested in meeting other people, cultures and live a 'different' life.
More than a traveller, I consider myself a life explorer. Actually I haven't really 'travelled' much (as most people do), but rather, I have ventured myself to live in other countries trying to find my passion in life and meet other like-minded people. Still struggling but getting there bit a bit ;)

I'm not much of a party kind of guy (I had my times), but I like to socialise and have a drink every now and then. I mostly enjoy visiting new places, doing sports, going to the beach, bushwalking and meeting nice people to share my time with.

I enjoy communicating to people in other languages, but I have a terrible memory (I'm worse than 'Doris' in Finding Nemo) and it takes me ages to learn them. I'm proud of my English and Japanese skills, though, even if my level is not that good.

I'm a quiet person, kind of an introverted (even though most people I know would say, no way!), so I hope you don't mind me not being much of a chit-chatter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about CS few years back when I was living in Japan and a friend of mine was a hosting there.
Now in Sydney, I use CS to socialise with other expat and locals, participate in activities and learn from some travellers.
I can't afford my own apartment here (Sydney accommodation cost is insane) so I can't host, but I'm always keen to show new people around and provide any information if needed.
I'm planing to do some short trip soon, so I'd like to experience being a guest and meet more wonderful people.
