Hello I'm Jose, I'm originally born and raised in New York City but I have lived in the Netherlands and Virginia before. I'm still exploring the world as I got the travel when I moved to Europe. The reason I moved to Europe is to be close to my daughter who's my everything and top priority above all else. Most of my trips are culinary based since I'min the culinary industry. Right now I'm a traveling chef, teaching cuisines from the U.S. also from my heritage. I'm always down to explore and meet new interesting people. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

want to meet different cultures and learn from them, since i was a chef in the past i want to learn different cuisines! Also I never had the opportunity to ever travel outside the country, so i never experienced different cultures and customs other than the ones in NY!

love boxing.MMA baseball, soccer, american football. I also love to cook and throw BBQ parties and usually go to random dive bars, lounges, and clubs to have a good time.
