About Me
Helloooo
I'm a Spanish guy living in Leiden, The Netherlands. I love travelling, I've been one month in England and another one in New Zealand as internship. I've also visited Japan, United Arab Emirates, Morocco and some European countries, sometimes for work, sometimes for fun. I’ve crossed Russia from West to East (from Moscow to Vladivostok) in a month trip using the transiberian railway.
I love sports, specially board sports (skate and snow) and climbing. I also go for a run, ride a bike or swimming from time to time. In the past I've practised gymnastics and capoeira but nowadays I'm a bit rusted for these two sports xD.
And last but not least, I'm quite fan of video games and anything related with computers and new technologies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to know local people, talk with them and understand their culture, even more than see monuments and visit museums.
I’ve had great experiences with CS so it’s something I will recommend to everyone.

Music, Movies, and Books
I consider myself a music fan (but most people don't xD).
My favourite music genre is Drum and Bass, in particular Neurofunk, but I enjoy most of electronic music (ambient, psytrance, minimal techno and even hardstyle and hardbass in small doses). I like to listen to classic or rock if my mood is up to. I really enjoy video games and films OSTs as they are perfect for chilling or focus at work.
In the matter of films I'm not really an expert but I like films that make me reflect on, such as Her, Ex machina, Requiem for a Dream or Enter the Void.
My favourite books are: A Brief History of Time (Stephen Hawking), Physics Biography (George Gamow) and 1984 (George Orwell). I also enjoyed Happy Potter in my childhood (of course), some Ruiz Zafón teens books and The Pillars of the Earth/World Without End (Ken Follett), among others. I started The Art of War from Sun Tzu but it surpassed me, probably I should give it a second chance tho :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The craziest think I did, probably... to jump from a plane at 3km height, i.e.: skydiving (with instructor ofc)
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been mathematics and physics tutor while studying my degree and I'm always ready to share my knowledge and learn from everyone.
I can also teach Spanish as it is my mother tongue.
I can even teach you how to solve a Rubik’s cube! haha
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help hosts, from changing a lamp to cook some patatas fritas.
I love to talk about politics, language, culture, music, science... generally enjoying more listening than speaking, that way I get a deeper understanding of the local idiosyncrasy.
