Friendship or relationships aren't good only if they last forever. The short-lived can be as special as the long-standing, and you can always call them up in your memories and enjoy them once again.

Travels aren't important because you get to know the places where you go, but because you get to know better the place where you come from. To feel grateful for everything and everyone you have back home is the best souvenir to pack.

PHILOSOPHY

May my mind and body go round the world, surfing the ocean of ideas and shattering the boundaries of an imaginary map. Both am I able do without stepping out of home, through the power of memory and the magic of my dreams.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted travelers, participated in CS meetings and gatherings and even surfed. On top of that, I've taken up the mission of spreading the word about CS, and I've introduced it to family, friends and fellow travelers around the world (the latest person who's become a CS'er on my advice lives in Tibet!)

Interests

Hosting foreigners, specially (but NOT AT ALL exclusively!) if native speakers of the languages I speak or I'm learning. Share opinions and thoughts. Show how impressive my city is, how friendly Brazilians are.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

From swimming in a mud volcano in Colombia to watching sunrise in Angkor Wat and near Mt. Everest. From sipping exquisite wine in Bordeaux to hiking up Table Montain in South Africa and Mt. Fansipan in Vietnam, and doing standup paddleboard in one the world's most stunning beaches in Portugal, I've seen and done wonderful things and, on top of that, I've met people who made me the way I am.
