About Me
Hey :)
I'm Josef, nice to meet you !
I don't really know why I'm here on this planet but I'm willing to explore what it has to offer, everything, everywhere, in its beauty and weirdness. I'm trying to let go, to let things flow as they are and embrace them as much as I can and appreciate life in it's every details, small and vast.
I was an actor and burnt out, now I'm travelling in Europe with a few coins. I nearly never travelled anywhere out of France before that.
I'm really curious and I love humans, so being there would be the greatest way to meet persons I would have never imagined before, i'm always willing to learn new customs, cultures or simply stories and sharing, for a few nights and days, daily life with anyone.
See you soon !!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new friends, locals with whom I can share a moment with ! Travelling makes no sense for me if I don't exchange with people living in the country I'm going to.

Music, Movies, and Books
As long as there is a heart in it, my curiosity is in.
From underground crappy smelly music, to avant garde cinema, existentialism books, typography, unsettling or ambient art to even light hearted simple life praising movies or illustrations, I've been bathed in arts since I was born.
It's difficult to only select one thing that can precisely encapsulate a whole human being in terms of taste, so here's what I've been listening/seeing/loving recently or that deeply moved me:
Music: Masayoshi Takanaka, Fievel is Glauque, LCD Soundsystem, King Krule, MFDoom, any bossa nova sounds
Movie: The count or Montecristo, Children of Men, The City of God, House
Games: Outer Wilds, Inscryption, The Return of the Obra Dinn, Samorost 3
Books: L'étranger, The Carpet Makers
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been invited to sleep "clandestinely" in the Mount St Michel
