I went to a few meetings in Dublin when I lived there, and also surfed in Belfast.

I surfed in Belfast together with a friend and our host was amazing! I hope I'll be as good as her whenever I start hosting!

Interests

Life, the universe and everything!
That's actually not only an old and beloved joke, but also almost true. Life is pretty awesome, in the true meaning of that word, the universe is unfathomable in it's edgelessness and I firmly believe that everything can be interesting under the right circumstances.
More specifically I like reading fantasy, science fiction and post apocalyptic books, climbing trees, writing stuff and hanging out with fun people. Preferably while eating cookies and/or chocolate.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything written by Pratchett, Asimov, Clarke or any number of other authors will at some point be read by me. I also enjoyed The Hunger Games trilogy and the Black Magician trilogy.

When it comes to movies I have a pretty broad taste, anything from Inception to Tangled is good.

Music then, hm... If a song seems to tell me something new now and then, I'm much more likely to stick to it. That will have to be enough.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ok, what about all those backflips? They were fun! Do you know what a round-off back handspring layout is? Well it's one of my favorite things to do in gymnastics, and I guess it's pretty amazing when you think about it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn spanish properly, all those years in school apparently didn't help, but speaking it might.
Teach? Hah! Don't let the know-it-all in me get too much freedom! But sure, I could probably teach a bit of anything you've already learned in science class, or gymnastics, yes, that would be it. Gymnastics.
