I find it really hard to describe myself in short terms. I’m still learning who I am, and I’m constantly developing. I guess I could say that for the time being I am just a girl who’s interested in traveling and meeting good people. I am an inherently good person who loves animals and art. I'm always willing to share experiences and knowledge, and I always enjoy a good chat with anyone who's interested in both opening up to me and listening :) I'm a pretty witty person and I love smart jokes. I love reading and once you get me talking about books or animals you cannot shut me up. I actually like being given the opportunity to share with people my beliefs and opinions. I'm a generally educated and cultured person, so I like people who enjoy talking about a variety of topics. I'm sure I won't know about many of those, but I can always learn!

I am on Couchsurfing because traveling is much more fun when you meet nice people and share experiences. I think the best way to really get to know a place and its culture is through the real people who live there. I don't really like hotels, they are too cold for me. I like enjoying the warmth of a home full of people who want to talk and have a nice time together. Important notice for people who send requests: Chances are I'm going to reply, but it would be much better if you have a high response rate. That shows me that you are about giving as much as you are about receiving. It also tells me you are a courteous person. I think it's simply a matter of education to reply to someone's message at least with a "decline" to let them know where they stand!

· Animals: I love every animal on this planet :) · Art: I studied Visual Arts for a year in college because I really like painting and drawing; · Books & literature: English Language graduate, so I love books. I also deeply enjoy Spanish-speaking literature · Music: The food of the soul. Sadness is always better with a good song. · Languages: I simply LOVE languages in general. You might argue that I don't speak many languages so as to say that I love them all, but you got it wrong. What I love is the concept of languages, what they do and what they mean. I'm a natural linguist, so you can expect me to analyse and be marvalled by any language; · Spelling, diction and writing style; · Travelling & people: Especially open-minded and talkative people. I'm pretty talkative myself, so I like it when people talk back to me...it's not nice to make a monologue! · Walking: To me, there is no better way to know a city than by walking. I work as a volunteer in helping stray animals, I'd say that's pretty amazing because I'm saving lives :) I've fallen in love, lost people, been hurt and moved on. Isn't that amazing? Humans are not as fragile as they seem.

I'm always willing to learn anything you can teach me, and I'd feel honoured to be given a chace to teach what I know. I can cook and know how to prepare traditional dishes from my country, so I can share that. I can also teach English, Spanish and some German. I can recommend books according to your preferences. I can give insights into what different pieces of literature mean to me. I'm not an arts expert, but I've had my share of education in visual arts, so I might help you with different techniques and ideas. As regards learning, I really want to learn everything! I'm a very curious person so everything interests me, from politics to photography :)
