About Me
People mostly call me Fini. I am 24 years old and just started working in Barcelona. I will be here for at least a year and I want to see as much as possible in my free time :)
I studied Journalism and therefore always try to be up to date to what's going on in the wold. So I love to talk and listen to people, to hear their opinions, they stories and their thoughts in general.
I am kind of new to couchsurfing I have to admit. My only reference till now, is from my best friend, haha!!
But I can assure you I am very easygoing and I think a lot of fun to hang out with.
I hosted once in Vienna and we had the best time. Unfortunatly I wasn't able to do it more often, but I am looking forward to in the future.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It is just the best way to explore a city, it's culture, it's traditions and it's people. I also love staying in hostels, but if you really want to experience the real affects a city has on you, it is just great to start digging from the inside. Being a tourist sometimes can be really rough but with couchsurfing you kind of become a local for a few days ;)
And looking at it from the other side, not having the terms to travel yourself, just get the adventure to you - to your couch!
Being cheesy I like to share my city with people from all over the world! Come and get your own peace of it!!
Interests
I looove playing cards and generally all kinds of games.
I enjoy cooking what doesn't mean that I am a good cook ;)
I am a big fan of our Supermarket "Billa" because you get stickers when you buy stuff and my roommate and I we collect them for our Billa-Sticker-Book!
I love Christmas in Vienna. Though there is mostly no snow we have a lot of beautiful decoration around the whole city and you can enjoy our delicious Punsch on every corner! Ahh and I forgot the Christmasmarkets - soo beautiful!
I really enjoy travelling by myself but having some nice travelbuddies can be even better!
I also like to party but mostly I prefer to have some friends over or go to homeparties. But every once in a while you just have to go crazy dancing somewhere. (Escalations are included!)
And sometimes I just love chillin' and doin' nothin' man!

Music, Movies, and Books
let's talk about it when we meet :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One time I stole a huge and heavy icebear soft toy from a Coca Cola promo at Burger King and carried it all the way from Vienna's city center to my home. It was so big I had to carry it on my back and it took me like three hours. I gave it to my little sisters as a Christmas gift and they loved it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to do some amazing schnitzel and palatschinken ;)
Some german swearing and some other usefull german if you want!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share experiences, emotions and some good stories. I am always happy to talk in different languages and I have some pretty awsome dance moves I can show you!
