Have fun... live well... be fair... to know people and have many friends. Life is short.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few... hope to do more couch surfing ourselves. Every single hosting experience was really nice !

Interests

History... history... history. Love great scenery and museums. Like to travel to locations where I have a sense of the people and their past. I miss the local touch... crazy for castles (visited over a 100).

I like games, movies, walking around old cities, dancing, shows, music, talking, cuddling up...

Music, Movies, and Books

- I like many styles... from great Epic Movies to some artsy french movies that might seem boring. I try to alternate... a few fun movies and occasionally something that shakes us up a bit.

- Into Fantasy books... History... traditional music... etc.. her tastes vary a bit. I'm sometimes lazy and I've been "reading" audiobooks. It's "cheating" in a way I know...

- Music mostly Rock, "Celtic music", brazilian MPB, eletronic for dancing, classic

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hhhmm... hard one to answer ! But my trip to India and later Scotland; Japan really moved me. Travelling I sometimes get that tingling feeling that you've just arrived at somewhere special and the experience gets etched into your memory.

Also learning how to dance...that was a big change. From having two bad left feet to actually being an avid dancer (mostly forró a Brazilian close dancing). My old friends still don't believe I managed.

I know a lot about History... about politics... international relations... about living abroad as a kid... Brazil... Brazilian culture.

Have been giving some pretty good tips on some travel locations.
