Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling Canada on a working holiday visa and looking to make new friends, fully experience the Great White North. Always keen to meet new people with different experiences and perspectives. And hopefully save a bit on accommodation, gotta try and stretch the travel budget as far as possible, my to do list is basically the entire world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love reading History of all places and periods and a bit of fiction(still holding out for the next Song of Ice and Fire Book). I enjoy good, movies of all kinds. As for music I keep and eclectic collect with Everything from the Beatles Queen to The Peirce Brothers and Boy and Bear and Missy Higgins.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailed aboard the STS (Sail Training Ship) Young Endeavour as part of a volunteer crew in the Sydney to Hobart 2017 Yatch Race in a support role. We followed the racing fleet right down from Sydney Harbour into Hobart for New Years Eve!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm happy to share a couple of beers (my shout)! ;) In all seriousness though with four years experience in a construction trade I'm reasonably handy with a set of tools and always happy to help out with odd jobs. And always happy to share my own experience of the world. Would insist on chipping in for food or covering my own costs during my stay.
