I can teach Permaculture and gardening tactics, wilderness survival, maintenance on vehicles, and meditations, and HUGS! HUGS have been my focus since 2014 we can dive into the expanse of knowledge from the chemistry of the hormones and neural chemicals, the psychological and sociological shifts that happen because of sharing the HUG and can tap the spiritual and metaphysical exchange of HUGS.
