ABOUT ME

I used to work at a performing arts venue and education centre until recently when I up and left to go travelling and volunteering. I would like to learn as much as I can about different environments and cultural conventions by travelling, and make friends and meet new and different people and see a little of their perspectives and have a sense of what we share and how we differ. I would like to share my experiences of differing to with gratitude, interest and happiness.
I like to make music. I like the sea and I am a curious cat who enjoys tea!
Trained to be a yoga teacher.

try and not to be narrow minded and don't take your point of view as the only one.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a few people at a couple of houses in newcastle and have learned from everyone and been happy to get to know them and see them see my home city. I've only 'surfed' a little however my hosts always made the trip important to me and I felt safe as could be in foreign lands. As far as I see places are great but it's people that hold meaning and comfort, so couchsurfing is.

I love going to the cinema and losing myself, as long as it's engaging and conscientious I'll have a good time. Sometimes it feels like certain films have been part of my upbringing, there's always something to take from stories and other perspectives brought to light brought to life.
But books do this and bring your own imagination to life as well :)
Music is a thing to do and it's more something essential and expressive about life instead of fashion or parameters.
