I love to travel and to meet new people. I am new to Couchsurfing and was referred to this by a friend who swears by it. I don't know if I would look to stay with people on this just yet as I am not too familiar with it, but I would love to meet up with locals and buy them a drink or two if they can show me around some of the less touristy parts of their home cities! I am always open for showing people around NYC too!

I have lived in Spain, Italy, and Switzerland for extended periods of time and spent a few months living in Greece as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Same as the about me section really, I love to meet new people and want to always get an authentic view of life and culture of where I travel to. I hate the tourist trap that most people fall into and really want to experience local life, and not get caught up in the humdrum of typical travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like all sorts of music, it all depends on the mood. I feel like all types of music have a place in time and are part of an emotional range.

Big fan of movies, but mostly disappointed with Hollywood lately. Old classics always told such better stories. Now it's all about effects, and reaching the most amount of people to make $, which is sad.

I love reading but do not get to read as often as I would like to. I am a super nerd with genres and love fantasy series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like I have been lucky to accomplish a lot of really amazing things so far... But these stories are far better in person over coffee or a beer or a nice meal somewhere.
