Hello!

My name is Joe and I recently arrived in Europe originally in order to work, but unfortunately the temptation to travel proved too great so now I'm travelling(again).

I grew up in rural New Zealand with my parents who have been cultivating a botanic garden for around 40 years. I hope one day in the future to return and contribute to it. You can see photos of my home here: instagram.com/ngahuhagardens/.

I typically enjoy travelling in order to eat as much delicious food as I can; I'm simple in that respect.
I also enjoy experiencing the sheer amounts of arts and cultural events that are happening around the world; New Zealand is just too isolated to benefit from a lot of the exciting stuff happening out there! This means I'm looking to go to a lot of concerts, galleries, museums as well as potentially participating in some community projects in order to learn new skills. If you look like someone who is doing something interesting you might receive a message from me. Any music recommendations are welcome as well.

The most memorable parts of my travels have been when I participated in projects that gave me the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of that particular community.
