Hi! I am a Korean student who grew up in Beijing, China, and currently studying in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. :) Currently I am on my exchange to Denmark during 2016/17, and I will be traveling around Europe until February 2017. I'm also considering doing my master degree in Europe, or Germany in Particular, and that is also why I came to Europe to explore more options for my future studies and work environment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always wanted to get to know the local people in the area I am visiting. Often people just visit the cities without really getting to know the local lifestyle and their mindset of living in these places. I believe that by living together under one roof will really help us to get to know each other and truly understand what the cities is about and what it means to live in those cities. And let's be honest, who don't wanna save some money on their trip? Save money while gaining more cultural experience? I'm in!

Interests

You can call me a sporty person. my favorite sport is Football/ soccer, and my favorite team is Manchester United ;). I'm not a professional player, but I have played in the team in my high school, and I definitely have the passion for it.
Though it is not a hobby, but I love children :) I have a feeling I can understand what they want haha.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music! I play drum, piano, guitar myself, and I used to play in a band :) nowadays i would like to play on the street whenever I have chance, simply sharing music with people who can enjoy it.

My favorite movie is Harry Potter, no doubt. I am a huge fan, especially a fat crush on Emma Watson (or more like Hermione haha).
You can probably guess my favorite book by now - Yes, Harry Potter it is!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, and possibly English if you want :). I can also teach Math, Biology, and Chemistry (Since it is my major) if you have any kids.

I would love to learn German, and other basic European language as well :)
