ABOUT ME

22. Studying communication and journalism in Belgium. I used to be an exchange student in North Carolina for a year. I'm very open-minded and curious about everything, I love getting to know people from all around the world :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a very open-minded person. I'm shy at first but I love to get to know people, for me anyone I don't know is just a friend I haven't met yet, especially people with different culture. My dream is to live a life full of meetings and new discoveries, I hope I'll be lucky enough to get a job I love and to be able to travel as much as I want to discover new cultures. I hate being a tourist, I hate all-included trips where you're just sitting in a car and following a guide, but I love being a traveller. Being surprised when I travel. I spent a year abroad two years ago and even though everything was not perfect (at all), I miss it so much and since then I just feel like the only thing that will get me fully happy in my life is to see new things, new lands, new cultures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I'm still a student and I don't have enough room to host anyone... So I participate in couch surfing by travelling in other countries and asking people to host me (and to get to know them!)... But of course as soon as I finish my studies and have a larger place I'll host people with pleasure to contribute to this great idea of couch surfing! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never "couch surf" yet but i'm pretty excited and curious, hopefully my first time with couchsurfing will be in LA!

Reading, writing, travelling, surfing on the internet, photography, theater, eating cupcakes and sushis, watching A LOT of TV-shows (Breaking Bad and How I Met Your Mother are the best!), telling bad jokes, listening to people, being awkward (but always cute ;) ), drinking coca cola, listening to indie rock and old french music, reading inspiring quotes, dreaming of summer...

I'm not so much a talker, usually I prefer to listen to people but I can be very friendly most of the time ;)
