I am in santorini currently before going to Athens and then Chios, and returning to Istanbul!

I am generally easy going. I love to adventure, and explore. I also like to get social. That could mean anything, dancing, shows, parties, cafes, ice cream socials, sock hops. I have never been that friend who sits in the corner.

At the same time give me a good book and a soft spot to sit and I will be lost to the world for days.

I am too many things to put in a box.

PHILOSOPHY

I live everyday. Breathing isn't enough for me, I need to really feel life coursing through me. That doesn't mean I am an adrenaline junky though.

Right now, I am new to the community, so I need it's support, but when I am home and able, I will put back into this just exactly what I got out of it. And I hope that is a lot!

In my free time lately I have been reading a lot and swimming whenever I can. I will talk about anything at length and likely have many opinions about it! I am also quite good at being quiet and observing my surroundings. I am a killer cook, vegan and regular. Love art, history, science and learning new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was recently divorced and laid off, so I decided to embark on a 3 month trip on my own to explore the country that I grew up in and have never truly seen. So far this trip is the most Amazing thing I have done, because I never though I could be strong enough to do it. And this community gets to be apart of it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a born teacher. I can teach many things. A literal example is how to cut an onion properly, or how to fix those earrings that have been driving you crazy!

I might be able to share with you how I overcame insane hardships to become the person that I am today. This might inspire you to go out into the world to do the same?

I could shoot the proverbial sh-- about folklore, imagination, myths and legends, personal mythology, narratives. I could read your book and give you constructive feedback that might challenge you to be a better writer.

I will teach terrible jokes in exchange for better ones! (I only have like 3 of em!) But I will likely laugh at all of the jokes, no matter how bad they are.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have thourough knowledge of the U.S. specifically the west coast and mid western states. I am also a great tour guide and have a very cool cat!
