All 50 states seems extensive but I want a significant experience in the various regions of US. International travel will come again eventually...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm taking a train trip to Seattle and I want to get some experiences on the road. I'm traveling from Philadelphia to Seattle by train. Also, I'm thinking of a trip to Rhode Island and couchsurfing would be perfect there.

Interests

Travel is too obvious haha. In the Spring or Fall I train for marathons/biking events/etc. In the winter, I'm a bar fly with a taste for good beer and pool and a cafe regular reading books. My interests are quite varying besides that though.

Billy Joel is my favorite artist but I like most stuff from Streetlight Manifesto to Kendrick Lamar and I've even been known to throw on some Beethoven sometimes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completing a marathon in 3:50 was probably my biggest accomplishment. I trained for 6 months for it and the previous 3 months I spent training for a 2 mile swim.

I can break a little. Just the local culture. I can cook a nice meal.

I can cook a pretty decent meal. Stirfry is really my specialty (w/ or w/o meat).
