Hi I'm Joe I love cooking and am lucky enough to get the opportunity to travel through my occupation! I am moving to Copenhagen in Aug to do a 3 month internship at Amass restaurant. Before this venture my girlfriend Erica and I are going to be traveling and touring Europe for a few weeks, it's my first time leaving the state but not hers.
