I love to travel. Mostly, I love to meet new people. It doesn't really matter where they are from, or where I am when I meet them. All that matters is that I expand my horizons a little through meeting them.
I love budget travel because you meet so many more interesting people than you would on a luxury vacation. Plus, you get to see more places! While hostels are fun, I think couch surfing is where it's at. I have never found a better way to meet hospitable locals than on this app.
I have certainly benefitted from the generosity of couchsurfing hosts while traveling, and I want to pay back my debt a little. I hope I can be a good host wherever I meet you.
In terms of surfing: if you have any room in your house, a couch, or even empty floor space, I would be very thankful if you are able to accommodate me. I am a very light traveler, I clean up after myself, and I would even be willing to do a few of the house chores.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The people on couchsurfing are not only amazing and kind, but also way more interesting than hostel kids. Don't get me wrong, hostels are fun for a night or two of partying or a cheap bed. However, couchsurfing makes traveling a much more immersive experience.
