About Me
Hi :)
My name is Josep, Pep for friends, and I'm 31. I'm from Cardedeu, a small town north of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
I consider myself as open-minded (travelling has helped me a lot), adventurer, friendly, courageous, brave and sensitive, still shy at some point.
I try to live the moment.
Salut!
There have been many changes and I've taken strong decisions in my life lately. I've had to cope with new situations and face some of my fears, but I'm proud that with my hard work and force of will and some deep help which I'll never forget have made me change my point of view on things positively, improving myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Now I'm up for new experiences and I'm heading for Canada, a country that I love so much and where I've been twice, to experience its culture and people deeply and to backpack around more. Vancouver, there I go!
Interests
I like to listen to the rain, to relax, to be quite, in silence, with myself. Calm. *Learning is something important for me too. From other people, cultures...
I love nature, hiking, mushroom picking, going to the forest, to feel freedom, mountains, animal sightning.
Cooking is one of my favourite activities. It helps my amazing creativity, and my hunger to learn new things too. Eating is a pleasure for me.
*I barely watch TV. Sometimes a documentary, a film, go to the cinema...
*I read every now and then.
*Music fullfills me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't have any preferences on music: when I'm tired I listen to chilling songs, when I start the day it comes energizing tunes on the FM.
I've recently seen Vaiana in a cinema! That's a nice movie :). I like adventure films, action (The dark knight), comedy, romance (Under the Tuscan Sun).
I don't need to read adventure books. My life is an adventure on itself. However, to get to that point I've read some on self-knowledge and psicology.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paragliding. It was amazing!
Climbing Lone Cone in Vancouver Island at late afternoon and overnight there.
