Overview
About Me
- / August 2019 - Present/ I'm currently living in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, with my girlfriend, working as a part time waiter and studying computer science.
That is a part of the actual me, at least, the geographic and living circumstances, but that is not everything. A person is made by countless experiences that work as a whole. For this reason, I will describe my past by facts, my future by wills and my present by a mix of both.
- / 1993 - June 2011 / I grew up in Santa María del Águila (Almería) until High School. Son of a farmer and a florist, I was raised around plants between greenhouses, in the middle of the countryside.
- / Sep. 2011 - Sep. 2015 / I went to Málaga (Spain) in order to finish my degree/bachelor in Journalism. It was my first experience living alone. Learning from others, trying to be a better person and discovering how to change the world by my journalistic skills.
- / Sep. 2015 - June 2016 / I moved to Volda (Norway) for almost a year as an Erasmus student. As a Spaniard, I couldn't speak English before this experience. After I moved to Norway, my whole life changed. How I saw life, the world and myself. My outlook was broadened.
- / July 2016 - Dec. 2017 / I went back to Málaga in order to earn some money by myself, without being helped by my parents. While I was working as a waiter, I met up people from other countries, other cultures. Experiences which made me improve as a human being.
- / March 2017 - November 2018 / I lived in Hamburg for twenty months. I worked as an Aupair, taking care of three wonderful children and as a barista in Balzac Coffee. Even though I couldn't speak a word in German before moving to the country, after twenty months, somehow I got to speak fluently about a lot of topics.
- / December 2018 - August 2019/ I moved back to Spain, to my parents home, trying to find my new path.
THREE SENTENCES WHICH DESCRIBE ME
- El saber no ocupa lugar. That is what my father always told me. The translation would be 'knowledge doesn't take up space'. And it means, that a person can always learn and learn, our brain is an immeasurable room where there is endless place!
- Every human being's aim should be 'try to be a better person'. What kind of things could you change about yourself? How to give others without asking for anything in return? Self-criticism as a way of improving your environment and, especially, yourself!
- There is always a balance in everything. Come on, everyone heard about the grayscale and its multiple forms. I'm just trying to not being defined as a extremist, even if sometimes we, people, tend to be. You definitely can always do better!
