Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So currently I live in Austin but want to travel more but every time I do I never really get to see the city through the locals eyes. Love to learn it from the people who actually know their city more than what a website tells me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Right now my music has been kind of all over the place but usually nothing in the top 40. Like for rap I have been digging Bother Ali and Mac Lethal. In county-ish I like Ray Wylie Hubbard and Hayes Carl. Even like indie bluegrass bands like The Punch Brothers and The Show Ponies.

Movies: I love the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Star Wars. Really not into movies though more into TV Shows and YouTube Channels. Shows like Veep and Westworld and The Grand Tour. YouTube channels I watch a lot are the Achievement Hunters and a lot of woodworking channels

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went from barely knowing anything about construction to an almost complete rebuild of my mother's place.
