About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet people to show around the city or just give people a place to crash. Hopefully the favour will one day be returned.

ABOUT

We're both pretty outgoing and social people. We're up to trying new things and we both love our city. It would be really cool to help people explore the city and just experience Montreal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're a young couple who are planning on doing some travelling very soon, so we thought that we'd put ourselves out there and see how this couchsurfing thing goes.

Interests

We're a big fan of movies and books. We both live to eat. And when it comes to food, there's pretty much nothing that we won't try at least twice.

Music, Movies, and Books

Josh: I like pretty much most music. I love The Beatles, The Stones, The Kinks...a lot of "The's" on this list. I also like jazz so Dave Brubeck and Miles Davis, and Russell Malone. And of course there's always Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, Vampire Weekend and whoever else comes on my playlist.

I have a problem with movies, I'm obsessed. I would have to put down Edward Scissorhands, The Shawshank Redemption, The Boondock Saints, Pulp Fiction, and Pan's Labyrinth. I'll add The Princess Bride and Annie Hall because we do need some humor in our lives.

Books would have to be Fight Club, V For Vendetta, The Gospel According to Biff, Stardust, Of Mice and Men, anything by David Sedaris, and Edgar Allan Poe, and pretty much anything by Alan Moore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Josh: Probably the most amazing thing that I've done was go skydiving in Cuba the day before my best friend's wedding. I also went with the best man and one of the bridesmaids. If the helicopter had crashed (yep Cuban's skydive from helicopters), she would've lost half her wedding party.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Cuba, France, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, United States
