我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiking the Muliwai Trail into Waimanu from Waipio Valley is one of the most amazing things I've ever done. There and back is 17 miles, 7300ft of elevation gain, 13 stream crossings, 2 river crossings, infinity Mosquitos, and an unforgivable rocky terrain. We arrived in Waimanu 8 hours after we began our hike just barely before it got too dark to see. We crossed the second river with bags over head and set up camp. We hiked back out the next morning with next to no sleep and feeling like we were hit by a bus. All worth the view. More helicopter tours see this beautiful valley than hikers.
