Overview
About Me
Grad student traveling the world. I grew up in California and now live in Arizona. My undergrad is in Child Psychology and I have worked with children for 7 or 8 years in a clinical setting. I decided to pursue computer science for my master's as I've always had a passion for technology. If I'm at your place, I would be more than willing to try and fix your computer!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Looking to start my couchsurfing experience. I've traveled quite a bit and stayed in hostels for the majority of it, but being shown around by a local is priceless. I'd love to do the same for you if you're in town. Hopefully I'll have a few CS exchanges soon and some positive references to accompany them.
Interests
Playing and watching almost any sport, specifically basketball, football, tennis, and soccer. I love hiking and have grown fond of camping recently. I grew up dancing and competed internationally in ballroom dance for over 7 years. I go out with friends dancing fairly often. While I'm not the best at tanning, beaches and pools hold a special place in my life.

Music, Movies, and Books
I mostly listen to alternative and variations of it. Favorite bands over the last few years include Twenty One Pilots (even before they blew up in 2014), Modest Mouse, Panic at the Disco, Paramore, and the list goes on and on.
There is not one specific type of movie I enjoy. I'll watch almost anything and keep up with the movie scene fairly well. I'm more excited than you for the upcoming Avengers' movies and Batman could take on Superman any day of the week.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Survived two Russian winters, crossed the Ukrainian border without documents, bungee jumped off Highway 21, hang glided over the Rockies, three day solo wilderness survival with a pocket knife, and more to come.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach someone how to play sports, fix their computer/tablet/phone, play the piano, and how to dance the night away (you're on your own for club dancing). I've even been known to cook when the occasion calls for it.
I'm open to learning anything and everything. I would love to learn about your skills and talents, even if I am unable to pick them up as well as you.
What I Can Share with Hosts
