About Me

Hello Fellow Couchsurfers!

I'm motorcycling from Canada to Panama and would love to make deeper connections with locals while on my journey. Couchsurfing is an amazing way to do just that.

A bit about myself: I'm a foodie, animal lover, and passionate napper. I like photography, rock-climbing, and dancing badly. I'm adventurous and risk-taking but have an overall laid back demeanour. I'm cleanly, modest, and prefer listening to talking. My personality is a mix between Michael Cera and Anthony Bourdain.

I would love to pay it forward by cooking a meal, taking you out for a ride on my motorcycle, or just sharing the good vibes and fun stories.

Thanks for reading,

Josh

Music, Movies, and Books

For music I love everything but lean towards indie rock and rap. Favourite artists are Bon Iver, Kendrick Lamar, and Chance the Rapper. Best song ever is The Dock Of The Bay by Ottis Redding.

My favourite books are Fahrenheit 451, Fightclub, and Catcher in the Rye. I'm also a sucker for teenage coming of age books by writers like John Green.

I have seen too many movies in my life. Name one and I have probably seen it and love it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Dropped out of Accounting to backpack Southeast Asia. There I motorbiked across Vietnam on a 150cc scooter, learned to free-dive in Indonesia, had awkward nights in Bangkok, hiked barefoot in Malaysia, and learned to love life and people a lot more.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some photography basics, how to program, or to ride a motorcycle.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, motorcycle rides, cooking skills, genuine interest, and good vibes.
