My wife and I are an American couple, traveling around the world for one year (or more!). We love meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, and eating all types of food! We love urban spaces and the outdoors. We hike often and go on adventures whenever possible. I also enjoy cooking. I almost always have a camera in my hand, as photography is my passion and career.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're looking to meet locals in different destinations, learn about some cool spots to check out, and of course travel as economically as possible.

We're new to couchsurfing, but are avid Airbnb users (and have also hosted) and really enjoy the connections we've made through that platform.

We have helped raise a puppy to be a service dog for Canine Companions for Independence.

I'm a professional photographer so I can share some useful tricks and tips for photography. I'm also a decent cook so I can help out in the kitchen or make some tasty meals!
