Overview
About Me
I'm a college student studying computational neuroscience.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think if you only travel through a place by seeing what a tourist sees, you haven't really been to that place. I'd like to see the world through the eyes of the locals, especially if I can provide some entertainment while I do it.
Interests
I juggle, play tabletop roleplaying games, and I'm learning the mandolin.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: pop/rock, electro swing, and video game soundtracks
Movies: I really liked Donnie Darko. I usually like science fiction and psychological thrillers.
Books: Recently read stuff by Patrick Rothfuss and John Green. My favorite genre seems to be "anything recommended by my close friends"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I wrote a 50,000 word novel in a month for National Novel Writing Month.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a novice at computers, brains, juggling, and gaming, and I'm happy to talk about those subjects any time.
I'd like to learn more about playing the mandolin, or what there is to do in the places I visit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My juggling is usually pretty entertaining for a while. And if you're open to tabletop roleplaying games I can teach you how to play that. I'm also not opposed to some manual labor in exchange for a place to sleep, I think that's a fair trade.
