Music: Iron & Wine, Bob Iver, Daughter, Sia, The Tallest Man on Earth, this list could just go on forever. I'm always excited to find new music, regardless of genre!

Movies: Valhalla Rising, Drive, Fight Club, Children of Men, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars (what prequels?), The Matrix, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil, again this list could go on forever.

Books: House of Leaves, Dune, The Road, anything by Terry Pratchett, Harry Potter, Starship Troopers, American Gods, whatever just give me something mysterious and fantastical and I'm happy.

Led a few week-long community service trips to Costa Rica, built communities centers, painted schoolhouses, reforested, and my educated American high schoolers on sustainability and responsible global citizenship.

Teach: a little guitar, Jewish history and practices, juggling, how to cook the best fried eggs, English, some Hebrew, improv games, drinking games, board games

Learn: how to slackline, better rock climbing skills, all kinds of languages, especially sign language, more guitar, how to surf, how to fly a plane, cultural idioms and expressions that i'm not used to hearing in America, basically anything!

Share: a positive attitude, a calming presence, and an open mind
