I am a junior in college at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a double major in international business and marketing. My two passions in life are music and travel. I aspire to travel the world and to learn the musical culture of every place I go. I am from northwest Wisconsin (around the Rice Lake area) and look forward to creating new relationships all over the world! ☺

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel that Couchsurfing is a spectacular way to find a place to stay in another country while getting a more hands-on and personalized view of the culture. Also by staying at the host, I can bring my culture and stories from the United States.

Interests

My two ultimate passions in life are music and travel. I love seeing new places and meeting new friends while taking in the music everywhere I go. I love listening to music and playing music. Playing guitar is my favorite but I can also keep a beat on a drum set and play some pretty arpeggios and chords on a piano. We could have a killer jam sesh displaying our respective country's styles.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classic rock especially the Beatles! My favorite books are the Harry Potter series and my favorite movies are Star Wars, School of Rock, and Across the Universe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to over 20 stadium concerts (not including small venue shows) and have actually roadied for legendary bands like Aerosmith and Cheap Trick! I also spent several weeks in Costa Rica last summer travelling and even living nearly techonology-free in a rain forest for a while!
