CURRENT MISSION

Space the final frontier. My mission is to explore all that I can in the time that is given to me. It may not be space but there is plenty to explore here on this earth with all the AMAZING people that inhabit it.

ABOUT ME

I am currently working as a police dispatcher, which means I receive the 911 calls and get yelled at by the citizens then I get the honor of giving the calls out to the officers who many times start yelling if I don't get what they need first. I enjoy a variety of activities from the geekiest of computer talk to hiking up Mt. St. Helens. I'm relatively tall, extremely white, and I shake. No one knows why, not the tall and white part, look at my family and that makes perfect sense, but the shaking it's weird it just is. A constant in the never ending storm of life. There is plenty more about me that may interest you but for the moment that's it.

PHILOSOPHY

There really is a lot to this topic, I have a lot of views most of which I am still working out in some ways. I believe in God, that's a good place to start, I believe in Jesus, redemption, and the whole deal. Lately though I've had a couple misgivings about the church and some of the people who claim my same beliefs, I still love them and that's not affecting my view on God just some stuff I need to work through with other believers. I believe every man has so much potential both for good and for ill, I believe that we are made from every second we live from the decisions we make and the decisions of those around us. I live to learn and hopefully make this place sightly better, I don't always succeed but I try and personally I think Yoda may have been wrong. Like I said there is really a lot to this and honestly I'm not sure how well I expressed myself here but you ever wish to truly discuss something from Yoda to Jesus just hit me up.

I love computers and tech in general. Now I'm no computer guru but I can hold my own. Love playing sports, though I'm really not that athletic. I don't enjoy watching sports so much unless I'm actually at the game with some other crazy people doing crazy things. I really enjoy driving, just has a nice calming effect on me. I love food and though I may be a slightly picky eater I will try anything once maybe even twice. I love good music! I know "good music" is a relative term, but I really just love to listen to how other people perceive the world around them. If you have a band you like that I may not have heard of please tell me don't hoard them away like some do. Then there is reading I usually have 2-3 books in close proximity as well as my kindle which holds many more, I will read anything fiction or non-fiction something deep or something light some nice brain candy. I'm always looking to expand my horizons I am usually willing to try something new with cool people.

Um it's not really a moment more than most of my life, I have twin sisters Aimee and Amanda, they were born EXTREMELY premature. Now I wont bore you with the whole story but here's the gist, if you want the rest just ask. Amanda was born with many complications Aimee as well but she wasn't as bad off. Amanda shouldn't have survived the night, but if she did doctors said she would never be able to turn a door knob let alone walk, if she did that she would at least never talk, if she did that it would be basic talk expressing base desires. But I can happily say she can do all of those things, she still is considered special needs and will never reach the level that most people can live at, but she is happy and living, not just alive but living.

Then there is hiking Mt. St. Helen looking at the crater that was left after the eruption. Looking over the lake now littered with trees, it was an awe inspiring view, just the sheer power of whats around us astounds me.
