Aim: living from the heart

Currently I am about to get my license to work as a coach (End of 2019) but I also continue to perform every now or then, especially improvised theater or physical theater.

i am acting, teaching(improvisation theater, mask play, puppet play, clown), coaching or directing and also like some parts of NLP, www.thework.com, shamanism, mind games (Jean Houston / Robert Masters), family constellations, tibetan buddhist shadow work: feeding my demons (Tsultrim Allione)

I love to travel, know people and country, broaden my horizont, flying on the wings of love... creating stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i started with travelling, had some great host experiences and hope to be able to host again after return to austria (it s my parents house). I had a few cracy guests privately and couchsurfing which created some problems with my parents in whose house i live. But I think i will restart soon hosting people again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

in 2007 I met Abdallahtif Abu Hef, former egyptian world champion of marathon swimming, like 60 hours non stop through 250 km in amazonia. I met him in the Metro of Cairo and he hosted me! and in dahab (red sea) another friend topped the femal record for freediving with constant weight: 90 meters getting down and up with one breath and fins. that s amazing stuff...
