ABOUT ME

love good food, swimming, sauna, cooking, baking, trying to grow my own food and striving for sustainable living in the way of permaculture.... So I produce my own seeds mostly. Amaranth grows well here and is a cousin of quinoa but even more nutritive, loaded with calcium and great proteins. I pop the seeds to put in my bread.
A big part of my life here is listening to the chant of the river, we live right in front of it, listening to the birds, to my husband drumming and sometimes to me singing, to the spirit world in the garden.

PHILOSOPHY

we exist, as all things do, to sing the glory of existence, or god, or the universe, or whatever. this is the joy of life in this state. our real job is to be as joyful and full in the moment as we can. the rest is bs, ya know. ya know?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

he was a couch surfer for about thirty years, before this website started. this is incredible, but weird to him, who has been round the world and face on with everyone he ever encountered.

Interests

People that are interested in widening their awareness and enhancing their energy levels. Crystals and flowers, herbs and more herbs, lettuce, mushrooms, escential oils and heirloom tomatoes rock my boat I studied intuitive body therapie and had a holistic singing teacher for 8 years. Astroglogie and Terlusologie are helpful tools and the technique of Palmajetics is part of my daily routine
