Learning lots of new things about myself and really enjoying meeting new groups of people. It really is important for me to connect with people, and cooking is a way I get to do that on a daily basis. All are welcome at my table.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I moved to Oregon in 2009, I couch surfed my way across the US. I've even hosted a few times. I think it's a really smart and useful program.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

serving with the Missionaries of Charity in Calcutta. Spending some quiet time near Mother Teresa. Sipping chai on the rooftops of brothels with former victims of modern day sex slavery in India.
