Overview
About Me
Hello! I go by Jo for short - and yes, my last name really is Money!
I am an avid bibliophile, newbie yoga teacher, and aspiring photographer (I'm still trying to understand the nuances of manual photography). I am really passionate about health and nutrition, specifically whole foods, plant-based eating. This ties closely to my love of animals, and my belief in promoting compassion through veganism.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that to really understand a place, you have to look at it through more than the eyes of a tourist. I think the best way to get to know places and cultures is by getting to know the individuals who live there, and CS is the perfect way to do this!
Interests
I love to read, cook, eat, and spend time outdoors or indoors. I have a lot of broad interests, and I'm always open to developing new ones.
- human rights
- cooking
- vegan
