ABOUT ME

Right now I'm particularly excited about meditation, cryptocurrency, and self-development through trauma healing and exploration of my psyche. Other interests include Circling (interpersonal meditation), backpacking (trekking), surfing, scuba diving, poker, travel (obviously lol), and learning pretty much anything.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I Just started surfing (although I have a bunch of friends who’ve done it many times) and going to local CS meetups.

Interessen

Hanging out with friends, playing music (I play some guitar), backpacking, rock climbing, surfing, investing, reading.... That's a start.

I can talk for days about healing insecure attachment, parts work, self-compassion meditation, and anything else related to healing all our traumatized minds.

I also like cooking, LOVE to eat spicy/flavorful food (favorites are thai food, indian food, and pho). I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten or dairy.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I hiked the John Muir Trail (212 miles from Yosemite to Mt Whitney) by myself the year I graduated high school.

In late 2012 I found myself on an extremely secluded beach in Guatemala where the local kids grow up learning how to surf, instead of going to school. Incredible experience learning spanish while my local friends learned a little english from me, and we surfed together.
