About Me

CURRENT MISSION
To learn new recipes, (including the recipe to living a happy life) change myself and the world for better :)

ABOUT ME

Hey guys!
I love to travel, normally by myself, but this time with my girlfriend, we will be adventuring through Paris, Milan, Florence, Rome and then Santorini, before finishing in Turkey
For convenience sake I made this profile for the 2 of us.... It will be my gf first time in Europe so I'm excited to show her the sights and have some new couchsurfing adventures :) We both enjoy cooking, and trying out new things so I'm sure you will find us fun to be around :)

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is great because you are no longer shaping your perspective of the world but it is the world that you encounter while travelling and each person that you meet that is shaping you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It ıs an awesome thıng to have frıends around the world! Couchsurfing is one of the coolest things I´ve found out about whilst travelling!! :)

Interests

A a bit of most sports...
volleyball, rowing, cycling, soccer,basketball etc..
mountaineering and photography plus a bit of sailing

cooking new recipes and then licking the bowl out whilst waiting for the (hopefully good) results

Dancing like you used to dance to your parents old records when they weren't home!

learning new languages and trying to practice them on the locals!

Music, Movies, and Books

Lots of little indie bands, like Kings of Convenience, Bell X1, The National or Sufjan Stevens, Iron and Wine
Also into lots of
Reggae, Dub and most music! I love discovering cool new bands or any type of music that is unique and authentic in it's own way

Right now I'm into a lot of the classics... also adventure books have been high on the must read list...

I like a broad range from quirky little indie films like Mozart and the Whale to older classics like The Graduate or The Deer Hunter...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scuba diving at Sipadan island, Borneo... It was stunning to see so much marine life in a couple of dives!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've travelled to about 50 countries now, so that country you are interested in, is probably one that I can give you some insider tips on where to go and what to do :)

I've got a collection of funny travels, from sailing the South Pacific and Atlantic to being held at knife point in the Caribbean to climbing high into the Himalayas :) Just ask...

share: some deep meaningful conversations that make you look at the world from a new perspective but will indubitably get very confusing and illogical.... but at least they were a change from the norm! haha
