Overview
About Me
I grew up in Perth with my biologist parents, in what is probably best described as a private zoo. I completed a B.Mus.(Hons)/B.Sc. in Classical Voice and Psychology at the University of Western Australia, despite numerous distractions provided by the UWA Student Guild. Since then I've been living like an academic nomad, doing a Masters in Music, Mind and Technology at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, followed by a research internship in Cognitive Biology at the University of Vienna, Austria. I'm now in Oxford, working towards a doctorate.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since moving to Europe, I've tried to see as much of the continent as possible during holidays and such. I've found the best education is from talking to interesting people, so I'm always looking to meet new people from around the world. If that means I can find a couch to sleep on, then all the better.

Teach, Learn, Share
I used to work as a circus skills instructor, so I'm happy to try and teach a bit of juggling. I also used to work as an opera singer, and would gladly give a bit of vocal coaching or just have a jam. I'm always happy to go out dancing, particularly swing dancing (Lindy Hop).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I always bring tea with me when I travel and would love to trade tea bags.
