I am a landscape architect who graduated from Edinburgh University in 2014. I have recently been employed by a Rotterdam based landscape architecture firm and I'm new to the city

I really enjoy cycling and believe it is the best form of transport. I have carried out 2 long distance bike trips one in 2013 from Calais-Rome and 2014, Berlin-Bergen.

I am a musician and I play the guitar, mandolin and sing. I play live regularly under the name Josh Lawson.

I am passionate about food and love cooking and baking bread.

I'm easy going, sociable and open to talk about anything and everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe it is far more interesting to get to know a new place or city through the people who live there day to day. It is cost effective and non-for-profit - In my mind it is a fantastic way to share experiences and get to know new people in an affordable way.
