Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on an extremely tight budget, once this changes I will become verified but until then I only have enough money to feed myself currently. I am for a vehicle to sale within the United States, I left before it sold. Maybe not the best idea but I am just rolling with punches at this point.

I am relocating to Europe and or just becoming a complete
nomad. I have spent 30 years inside the United States therefore it's time for me to wander.

I want to meet like minded individuals and explore new places with locals not limited by a "tour guide".

It's starting to get to cold to camp out in these Scandinavian countries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went from sailing zero nautical miles in my life, to sailing more than 200 NM in various weather conditions in a 6 day period. This journey was from Riga, Latvia to Helsinki, Finland.

I was invited by the skipper and owner of the 34 ft. Vessel to be featured as an environmental activist/entrepreneur in the documentary he is creating for global environmental awareness. This film is to call for the end of single use plastics and fossil fuels.
